The Mind of Alan Watts Made Fresh

A while ago, I found the “Life & Music” animation1 (from the creators of South Park and based on the teachings of Alan Watts) and posted them on my classroom blog. This weekend, Boing Boing pointed to a collection of these videos, all from the same creators, all based on Alan Watts’ lectures.

They’re all definitely worth a look and listen, though I still think “Life & Music” is the best among them. I’d also recommend reading a few of Watts’ books if you’ve never come across them, or check him out on Wikipedia to start learning more.

Footnotes:
  1. The “Life & Music” animation was originally brought to my attention by Christian Long. [back]
